Chèvre chaud à la Poire Tapée

INGREDIENTS:
For 4 people
- 4 crottins de chèvre (french goat cheese)
- 4 slices of bread
- Salade
- 4 Poires Tapées (Williams variety)
- Herbes de province - olive oil - salt - pepper


Recommended wine:
medium dry White wine Chenin type of the Loire Valley
Vouvray - Azay-the-Curtain - Montlouis



  • Heat your furnace, HT. 6/7 10 mn.
  • Slowly heat the Poires Tapées under a closed lid.
  • On 4 slices of whole wheat bread, put the 'crottins de chevre' spiced with herbes de province, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Leave this in the oven for 10 to 15 mn.
  • Prepare your plates with a salad bed. Put your heated Poires Tapées and your crottins.
